The Research Of Industry Structure Adjustment Effect Employment Structure In Hu Nan Province

The alteration of industry structure could lead to the change of employment structure and employment increase,but the change of employment structure could deviate the alteration of industry structure in some situation, which may result in the 1ag of employment conversion and the block of employment increase.Hunan as one of the most important regions of the rise of Central China had a rapid economic development in the past 20 years, its industrial structure and employment structure all changed a lot, but the employment structure lags to the industrial structure ,which have hindered the further optimization of the industrial structure and the development of economy. It is a realism issue to investigate the alteration relationship in Hunan between industry structure and employment structure , discover the suitable employment structure to adapt the industry structure.Firstly, paper through establishing the mechanism model of industrial structure and employment structure to analyze their mechanism. In the research, it is indicated that the mechanism between industrial structure and employment structure is:When the salary level of the second and third industries is higher than that of the first industry, the labor force of the first industry will go into the second and the third industries. Secondly, we analysis the qualitative changes to the trend and interrelation of industry structure and employment structure in Hunan, the results indicate that development of industry structure in Hunan generally consistent with the general rules of the world's industry evolution what is the proportion of the first industry is declining and the proportion of the second and third industries are rising. Finally, through the Cointegration test and the Granger causality test, we can know that the industry structure and employment structure exists the long-term Cointegration relationship and that the adjustment of industry structure can promote the employment and affect employment of industries in different directions and degrees. The third industry became the major industry to absorb labor.
