During building a harmonious society in the twenty-first century, The trend of economic globalization becomes more and more heated, the world shipping market changes rapidly, the international economic landscape is undergoing a major transformation of, the international shipping market and China’s shipping industry have had a profound impact. In the new situation, the primary problem is that shipping companies to transform their operating mechanism and enhance the management level, and risk assessment of ship investment research and application of shipping enterprises in the fierce market competition to find the best economic needs, but also modern management of shipping companies raise the level of an important symbol.In this paper, Bayesian risk decision theory structure into account systemic risk and unsystematic risk factors, and many other constraints based on the risk of ship investment decision-making Bayesian decision model. In the program focused on analyzing the impact of various factors, and after the calculation of the weight and consistency of inspection work, and finally arrive at the shipping company ships priority investment risk decision-making program the results.This paper is a useful exploring on ship investment optimal decision-making based on the application of Bayesian decision theory, and is certainly to help shipping companies to make timely and effective satisfaction of investors to invest in the tools.
