Since opening-reform, it has a big growth and achievement for Company D, one of outstanding foreign logistic companies in China.In the past30years, it not only sets up stable foundation in China, but possess big market share, even take monopolization position in some area of logistic industry. Whereas, local and other foreign logistic firms are growing so fast and it has been big change in Chinese logistic market, together with uncertain factors like competition, policy adjustment, international trading environment change as well as local logistic firms optimized its operation for enhancing competition capability. What’s Company D facing is they have to adjust its business strategy in China for grappling more opportunity, making full use of its existing advantage! Also, they need to face challenge from different sides and minimized what disadvantage effect. For better development in China logistic market in future by business strategy optimization is what we study on.Through study different research of foreign logistic company business strategy in China and related theory of business strategy, it is analyzed and summarized for what Company D need for its business strategy by different categories of situations, regions and periods in details within China via SWOT analysis method. Further on one case study, it brings out some person opinion and advice for Company D of China scale on how to optimize its business strategy:1. Set up definite and continuous stratagem, as well as optimize business strategy.2. To know itself via animadverted way and have overall overview of situation impersonality.3. To face the past and the future reasonably and actively.4. The change of its business strategy should be adapted to real situation in China.Meanwhile, there is still some limitation, like occasional case study, validation and personal point of view. It just wants to bring out some advice and opinion for Company D to have a better optimization of its business strategy in China logistic market, to make more achievement in future.
