With the arrival of the economic globalization, the global market presents some new competitive features. The life cycle of products becomes shorter and shorter. The number of products increases repidly. In the large number of product types, the perishable products have become research hotspot because of its unique nature. According to the problem of the quality of perishable products decreasing during the process of supply chain, how to develop the most appropriate and accurate production and distribution plan with suitable quality and quantity of products and well customer satisfaction becomes more and more important. How to minimize the waste and cost during the process of supply chain has become a concern of the enterprises and scholars from domestic and foreign in this field. At the same time, various types of disruptions occur frequently, which has badly impacted the normal operation of the supply chain network. It’s very important to take appropriate emergency response strategies to make the supply chain return to normal operation from unexpected shocks quickly and efficiently in order to make sure the supply chain operate robustly in the complex global environment. In this paper, we introduce the concepts and related theories of the supply chain planning problem, the perishable products supply chain planning problem, the disruptions and the supply chain disruption management. Also, we make a literature review about them, point out the problems of the study and give my ideas about the research. Then this thesis studies the perishable products supply chain planning problem based on disruptions. And there are two main parts in this study as following.According to the nature of perishable products, the thesis uses the declining proportion of the sale price of perishable products measure the cost caused by the decrease of the quality of perishable products, which quantifies the quality loss cost. Based on the above work, we model the perishable products supply chain planning problem based on the normal operation of the supply chain network, then develop an effective dynamic programming algorithm. Simulation experiments are designed to validate the effectiveness of the dynamic programming algorithm. Furthermore, we analyse the efficiency of the proposed algorithm through a actual operation case. Then based on the above work, this thesis studies the perishable products supply chain emergency planning problem based on the situation that nodes in the supply chain network failure caused by the disruptions. According to the situation that the practical operation of the supply chain deviates from its normal operation and a part of retailers’ need can not be met, we proposed the emergency planning based on the emergency orders strategy and the expansion of the nodes’ capacity strategy. We model the perishable products supply chain emergency planning problem based on the disruptions. And the objective function of the model is to minimize the total cost. Then we develop an effective dynamic programming algorithm and analyse the efficiency of the proposed algorithm through a actual operation case. Simulation experiments are also designed to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
