In Marx’s "Das Kapital", transformation problem is that the transformation from the value to the price of the product. Value is a reflection of the nature of relations of production, and prices are manifestations of socio-economic relations. The achievement of Marx’s Transformation theory marked that the unification of the absolute value and the relative measure of value. But Marx did not give the mathematical proof of Transformation theory, which also leaved a lot of space for the future generations. The mathematical solution of Transformation theory, which was triggered by the Russian Statisticians and professor of the University of Berlin, L.Von Bortkiewicz, are being out of control and continues more than100years, but there has been no unified conclusion. While the mathematical proof is important, much reasoning which is seemingly close only exists in the hypothetical models, and can not stand the test of reality. In this thesis, by introducing the controversy on Transformation theory of two camps and their representative models, we analysis them and conclude that the mathematical analysis of transformation problem is essentially a invalid process.
