| Manufacturing is the Country’s economic’s base and the core source of national wealth.Since the establishment of a well-developed manufacturing base,they become a world power. After the 2008 world financial crisis, the world situation has undergone new changes in the manufacturing sector, the US implementated “Re-industrialization” strategy, the German made “Industry 4.0” program, Britain, France, Japan and other countries have also taken measures to carry out the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing to compete for future competitive advantage. Since Reform and Opening-up, the national economy has achieved great development.Thanks to industrialization strategy in the transformation and upgrading, our manufacturing industry has also made a lot of achievements. However, the export-oriented production model has been difficult to continue, there are a lot of problems to be solved, such as a large number of low level manufacturing, overcapacity, etc., and therefore it becomes necessary to upgrade.In this paper, as a starting point,I first analyze the theory of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing,and the difference between the transformation and upgrading and structural adjustment, improvement of the competitiveness,then put forward its own definition of the concept of transformation and upgrading,and make a realistic urgency for the transformation and upgrading. On this basis,the paper describes the result of China’s manufacturing in recent years on the transformation and upgrading, and analyzes the problems and causes in this process. The paper in the last part analyses the paths of transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry,from five perspectives.This paper also draws on the experiences of developed countries such as Germany, the United States. The purpose of the study of the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing is to provide a useful reference for a healthy, orderly and sustainable development of China’s manufacturing industry.. |
