Research On Process And Method For Identifying Core Knowledge Oriented Capitalization

It’s a very important issue for knowledge management that identifying core knowledge oriented capitalizing operation. Using the process of identifying core knowledge for capitalizing operation will find the key point in company’s developing process efficiently, so that it will help company to find core knowledge during the core competition as quickly as possible and make company’s knowledge capital having so much value. On one hand, as deeply developing in IT area, corporation must have enough ability in developing area. So it is oriented the corporation to look for the significant processes for improving the core competition using the right methods; On the other hand, company need input very huge financial resource and so much time in the process of intellectual capitalizing operation, so it is contribution to reduce the cost of capitalizing operation for capitalizing operation. Accordingly, it has important theory meaning and useful value for the issue of identifying core knowledge facing capitalizing operation.This article focus on the theory and method about the issue for identifying the core knowledge oriented capitalizing operation, its target is making the company oriented the core knowledge for capitalizing operation. The material tasks as follows:Firstly, this article takes some issues, like concept、construction、character of intellectual capital and the method of identifying knowledge seriously. It put forward the researching issue、target、consent、method depending on the fundamental method.Secondly, it explains the concept of knowledge、core knowledge and intellectual capitalization deeply. As a result, it will help us to put the identifying process and construct the identifying system. At the same time, this study analysis the fundamental theory about Simon decision process, then, it advances the identifying model facing capitalizing operation.Thirdly, this paper uses the methods of questionnaire and statistics to construct the identifying system facing on the capitalizing operation. It proves the identifying system is right combining real investigation and analysis.Finally, it uses the useful evaluating method depending on the character of identifying system. The evaluating methods include fuzzy triangular numbers and uncertain decision. At the end of this article, it takes some relevant Numerical examples to prove whether the identifying system is right.
