Enterprise Group Management Control Mode Study

Enterprise group management control is an important support which promoting theinnovation and development of the changing enterprise group in our country. And enterprisegroup management control is also a complicated systematic engineering. This thesis, with theprinciple of basing on application, grouping for application and serving for application,choosing enterprise group management control as its research object, implemented detail andin depth study by utilizing multiple theory tool and method. This thesis is aimed at systematicunderstanding and theory construction on the inner rule of enterprise group managementcontrol, which could provide some positive instruction and help to the practical work ofenterprise group in the future.In the process of our research, enterprise group is viewed as an open, evolving system.The thesis, centered on the dissecting the management control rule of parent and subsidiarycompanies, takes in depth study on the management control problems, and study problems inthe aspects of theory construction and practical application. The thesis takes DIGITALCHINA enterprise group as an example, and carries on the analysis on its control background,control system and control model, and thus enhances the innovative and scientific value of thewhole research.This thesis is taking in depth dissection and theory construction of the operation rule ofenterprise group management control, with the connotation dissection of enterprise groupmanagement control as starting point, and sees the management control of enterprise groupwith systematic view, and proposed a systematic management control frame of enterprisegroup. Under the direction of such frame, this thesis conduct systematic study on multipleaspects such as constitution, mechanism, system, model and scheme of management control.At the same time, take DIGITAL CHINA enterprise group as an example, study itscharacteristics of the control mode, and put forward the measures for perfecting enterprisegroup management control mode.The research in this thesis shows some major innovation characters: firstly, enterprisingthe control law of enterprise group from the view of the parent and subsidiary companiesoperating mechanism, enterprise group control link and power allocation mechanism, andanalyzing the internal control mechanism of enterprise group; secondly, proposing anevaluation system about the effect and efficiency of enterprise group management control.
