China’s private enterprises as the market economy develops the new force, how totake the social responsibility of the enterprise, promoting enterprise performanceimprovement is a problem that is worth to discuss. The performance of private enterprisesis influenced by many factors, in which the corporate social responsibility and corporatestakeholders and other factors is particularly important, combining elements of corporatestakeholders, corporate social responsibility and performance relationship, to promoteprivate enterprise development has important significance in theory and practice.Based on the stakeholder theory to study Shandong saves the social responsibility ofprivate enterprises and the relationship between corporate performance. Onthe basis of theoretical research, based on the enterprise stakeholders dimension of thecorporate social responsibility variables, design of enterprise social responsibility andenterprise performance index system, construction of corporate social responsibility andcorporate performance between multiple regression models, and to Shandong province87private enterprise as sample, using the method of multiple regression analysis study on thesocial responsibility of private enterprises in Shandong province and the correlationbetween enterprise performance, and based on the conclusion gives the Shandong provinceprivate enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility suggestions.Study conclusion makes clear, Shandong province private enterprises socialresponsibility and corporate performance, and there is a positive correlation betweenenterprises based on stakeholder, assume social responsibility not only does not reducetheir level of performance, will promote the enterprise performance level. Shandongprovince private should take on the responsibility of all stakeholders, in order to bettermeet the needs of stakeholders, promote enterprises better and more long-termdevelopment.
