We are now in an age of “information explosion”. Knowledge has been the source oforganizations to keep sustainable competitions. Knowledge sharing is a very effective wayfor organizations to realize the value of knowledge,to accelerate innovation and improvethe core competitiveness of enterprises at the same time.In the recent years, scholars at home and abroad have been paying more attention toresearches on the entries of tacit knowledge sharing. Psychological contract of theemployees refers to the psychological guidance to the knowledge sharing behavior ofemployees. Previous researches indicate that transactional psychological contract hasdifficulty in knowledge sharing, while balancing psychological contract can accelerate theprocess of knowledge sharing. Psychological contract is formed in the process ofemployees’ everyday work. Many different factors can influence employees’ workingconditions, which at the same time contribute to the formation and improvement ofpsychological contract. For example, internal factors of psychological contract includeindividual career planning, the consciousness of responsibility and trust, while externalfactors include organizations’ incentive mechanism, communication platform andtraining. After comprehensive theory elaboration and systematic research, the model of tacitknowledge sharing factors is established with the method of structural equation model. Then questionnairies are issued and softwares of SPSS and AMOS are also used for dataanalysis, model evaluation and correction. Through empirical analysis,we draw aconclusion that all of those factors are positively correlated with tacit knowledge sharingand factors of responsibility consciousness and incentive mechanism show a moresignificant correlation. Lastly, many constructive suggestions are presented on enterprises’tacit knowledge sharing in the light of the empirical analysis results.
