In the21st century, human resource is becoming the key of enterprise’s success. It has taken the place of lots of factors, such as money, machine, information, etc. Because only human can get knowledge and use it So knowledge management is talked more and more than ever before. Someone who has knowledge can make full use of it. When it is broadcasted and shared, it can be reformed as well. No matter the whole country or a small enterprise, it gets everybody’s attention.Someone who has knowledge can make full use of it. When it is broadcasted and shared, it can be reformed as well. No matter the whole country or a small enterprise, it gets everybody’s attention.As we all know, there are two kinds of knowledge:explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Explicit knowledge is common. But tacit knowledge is the same as a total stranger. Explicit knowledge can be learned, exchanged in certain kinds of way. However, the tacit knowledge is shy, unspeakable, and informal. So getting tacit knowledge is difficult. A study shows tacit knowledge is more than explicit one in quantity. It almost takes90%. Tacit knowledge as a blue sea, we will dig out a lot of jewelries. Today’s China that is walking into knowledge economic asks enough tacit knowledge to contribute to its development.In this study, we want to know in which circumstance the owner has the will of sharing tacit knowledge. The circumstance here means one’s psychological contract. We choose Rousseau’s theory about psychological contract. Her3kinds of psychological contract are transactional contract, balanced contract and related contract. And we also want to know, whether interpersonal trust will influent the effect between psychological contract and the will of tacit knowledge sharing.This study is based on experimental analysis research, specifically aimed at the knowledge staff. What’s really new is the two dimensions are got together. In this research, we surveyed170knowledge staffs. About the methods of this study, we use the factor analysis, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis methods, and we use the SPSS16.0for the data processing and analysis.Through all of this, we get our conclusion. The consumptions made before are true or false can make useful help to the manager of enterprise management.
