Backdrop of a knowledge-based economy, innovation become an important means to gain competitive advantage, enterprises are facing increasing pressure to innovate, how to improve the output of innovation is the major challenges companies face. Knowledge management for enterprise innovation has played an important role of support for enterprises, and a significant contribution in innovation is not symbolic explicit knowledge, but not easy to code of tacit knowledge. From technical know-how to business practices, from operation skills to the organization behavior, from ideology to tissue culture, tacit knowledge penetration in enterprise value creation of many of the link. The research content of this paper is the tacit knowledge learning on innovative performance and the influence function and conduction mechanism, plans from the perspective of tacit knowledge learning to improve innovation output mechanism and path.This paper, from the perspective of tacit knowledge management establishes the tacit knowledge learning and enterprise innovation of empirical research framework, the framework of research contents include the tacit knowledge learning on enterprise innovation performance impact, the tacit knowledge learning to enterprise innovation conduction mechanism research, tacit knowledge learning process research. First, this parper through literature review and theoretical analysis, build a conceptual model of tacit knowledge learning and innovation performance, including the main elements, object elements, organizational factors and learning methods elements. It followed by structural equation empirical modeling to test the relationship between tacit knowledge learning and innovation performance. Second, self-organizing evolutionary theory is used to analysis the development and changing of enterprise innovation system, focuses on analyzing the role palyed by all elements of tacit knowledge learning in self-organization evolution process of enterprise innovation, explains the reasons that tacit knowledge learning promote the enterprise continuous innovation. Finally, based on the use of dual coding theory in cognitive psychology and the thought of information theory, establishes qualitative characterization and quantitative characterization of the tacit knowledge and put forward some important cencerpt, such as tacit knowledge quantity, tacit knowledge entropy, tacit knowledge condition entropy and mutual tacit knowledge. Based on this, it builds the tacit knowledge learning system model and find the tacit knowledge learning mechanism through analyzing the transfer process.This paper studies found that:(A), tacit knowledge learning on innovation performance impact is complex, including the tacit knowledge learning main elements, the object elements, organizational situational elements on innovative direct effect, indirect effect and comprehensive effect. In addition, there are internal structure relations among tacit knowledge learning elements.(B), in main elements of tacit knowledge learning, learners absorbing capacity promote the innovation output increase because it provides the knowledge base, understanding of knowledge and ability of transformation. Quality of the relationship between learning subjects through trust, satisfaction two dimensions to ensure the stability and persistence of the implicit learning process, improve the efficiency of innovation. Sharing tendency support knowledge outputer generate willingness of sharing knowledge and innovation by three dimensions of economic motives, self-worth motivation and relationship of mutual motive.(C), as one of the tacit knowledge learning objective factors, tacit degree does not affect innovation directly, but make nagetive influence on innovation performance through informal learning method fully mediated. Tacit knowledge overflow promote the generation and large-scale growth of innovation by reducing the cost of collision and diffusion of knowledge, formal learning play is not fully mediated the effect of knowledge overflow impact on innovation performance. High adhesion properties of tacit knowledge has a high amount of information and entropy value of tacit knowledge, it increase innovation output by rich innovative knowledge base, formal learning has mediated effect in the impact from tacit knowledge adhesion to innovation performance.(D), tacit knowledge learning organizational support in the organization scene elements through the organization of emotional support, leadership support, team support and organizational communication has a positive impact on innovation performance.(E), tacit knowledge learning on business innovation exist effect, this effect is reflected in the transmission mechanism about tacit knowledge learning and innovation evolution. The development and changes of enterprises innovation is a self-organization evolution process, openness and non-balance is the basis for system evolution, fluctuations trigger innovation system from equilibrium to non equilibrium breakthrough, bifurcation and choice determines the evolutionary path of the innovation system, cooperation and competition provide the enterprise innovation system power of evolution. Tacit knowledge learning to the innovation contribution in enterprise innovation system contains the evolution of the foundation, incentive, path and power factor. Tacit knowledge learning subject absorptive capacity difference brings innovation system unbalanced characteristics; knowledge overflow guarantees the openness of innovation system. The sharing tend of the tacit knowledge output promote innovation system produce knowledge innovation combination behavior, it bring fluctuation factor for the innovation system. MAR's overflow and Jacobs'overflow make enterprise innovation system produce different knowledge aggregation. Tacit knowledge adhered to the task bring new practices to innovation system, the knowledge aggretation and practices implant make innovative system produce a variety of bifurcation that is the different path of self-organazation sysytem evolution. Informal learning is a means that innovation subject are pursuit of competitive advantage, it's also the power source of the innovation system evolution. Tacit knowledge learning intersubjective relationship quality and tacit knowledge learning organizational support from the individual level and group level provides explanation for enterprise system innovation collaborative mechanism.(F), tacit knowledge learning process is the tacit knowledge transfer process from holder to learner. The entire tacit learning system consists of five components:source of tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge output mapping, the learning channel, tacit knowledge input mapping, tacit knowledge target. There are three typical steps in tacit knowledge learning process:the demonstration of tacit knowledge, sentiency output and tacit knowledge absorption. The goal of the tacit knowledge learning system is to minimize the conditions entropy of the tacit knowledge, maximize the quantity of interactive of tacit knowledge between learning intersubjective.
