The Study Based On Sem Of The Influence Factors Of The Fusion Of Informatization And Industrialization Of Enterprises In Shandong Province

Based on the theories of informationization, industrialization, the fusion ofinformatization and industrialization, evaluation index system of the level of enterprisesinformationization, evaluation methodology of the level of enterprises informationization,through further research and analysis of the related theories of informatization andindustrialization, this paper summarized the content and meaning of the fusion ofinformatization and industrialization. According to the economic development situation ofShandong province, it introduced the present situation of the fusion of informatization andindustrialization in Shandong province. This paper respectively analyzed the influencefactors from the level of macro-environment, industry and enterprise based on theconnotation and the internal relations of the fusion of informatization and industrialization.Contrapose the complexity and subjectivity of the influence factors of the fusion ofinformatization and industrialization, this paper constructed the enterprise performanceevaluation index of the fusion of informatization and industrialization, and it included9latent variables (level of information management, awareness of informatization,infrastructure of informatization, talents of informatization, development and utilization ofinformation resources, level of IT security, R&D and manufacture of informatization,management informatization and performance of fusion) and31second-class indexes.Then it constructed the model of the fusion of informatization and industrialization bySEM. According to the questionnaire data from200key industrial enterprises in Shandongprovince, it tested and modified the model and analyzed the results. By comparing thetheoretical and actual contribution rates of factors on the enterprise fusion ofinformatization and industrialization, it can be more intuitive to see the existing problemsof the enterprise fusion of informatization and industrialization in Shandong province. Inview of the above, this paper proposed some pertinence suggestions to the furtherdevelopment of the fusion of informatization and industrialization in Shandong province.
