The Research On The Influence Factors Of Promoting Regional Industrialization And Informationization

The national development strategies of integration of informatization and industrialization,is an important development goal making on the 16th national congress of the communist party of china according to objective laws of economic development and China's national conditions.After putting forward taking a new road to industrialization on the 16th national congress of the communist party of china,it is stressed to promote the integration of informatization and industrialization on the 17th national congress of the communist party of china.In 2013,it was put forward in the report of the 17th national congress of the communist party of china:"We should keep to the Chinese-style path of carrying out industrialization in a new way and advancing informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.We should promote integration of informatization and industrialization,interaction between industrialization and urbanization,and coordination between urbanization and agricultural modernization,thus promoting harmonized development of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization."As an important national development strategies,local governments implement the guidelines of the integration of informatization and industrialization,putting the integration and information technology in a prominent position of regional economic development.But because of the difference in the economic base and the development strategies in different regions,it results in the varying in the level of the integration.Therefore,it needs to analyze the reasons for the differences.For local governments,the integration of informatization and industrialization can accelerate technological progress and knowledge to promote economic growth,promote strategic adjustment of economic structure,deepen economic reform and improve regional information development level,thereby enhancing the regional economic development and achieving to build a harmonious society.So for the analysis of the factors of regional integration it is very necessary.Through literature research method,comparative approach,combining the social information theory,macroeconomic theory,the theory of industrial integration,industrialization and informatization interaction with the actual situation,I build a influence model about the promoting the regional integration of industrialization and informatization by policy factors,regional support elements,internal dynamics and external force.Through the model,further analysis of the impact of regional development environment and infrastructure to the integration reaches a conclusion that the region plays a dominant role in the integration.Combining empirical analysis of the influence factors in the process of the integration of industrialization and informatization in Suzhou Industrial Park,it finds out the experience and problems of the integration in the industrial park and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusion of this paper is that the influence factors to promote the integration of industrialization and informatization are made up with policy factors,regional support elements,internal dynamics and external force.Beacause of favorable national policies,policy of Suzhou City and Suzhou Industrial Park,government financial support,a higher level of information technology infrastructure,the introduction of high-tech talent,improvement of the intraregional software industry and electronic information infrastructure,a fine innovation environment,all of them make a higher level of the integration of industrialization and informatization in Suzhou Industrial Park.It is the three of the government,enterprises,universities that make joint efforts to promote the development of the integration of industrialization and informatization.
