With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards, the car has become the goods of consumers can afford. Because of the automotive product life cycles are getting shorter, more and more car scrap lead is eliminated and discarded items and the casual disposal of these wastes continues to deteriorate the atmosphere, water environment and soil environment. The only research of the products of the traditional car forward supply chain process from raw materials to the consumer, but does not consider waste disposal after consumption. The automobile recycling remanufacturing reverse supply chain to address the full use of waste, efficient use of energy and environmental protection provides a new way. In order to achieve an efficient, low-cost recycling of scrap vehicles use, various independent enterprises in the supply chain must be actively coordinated management, taking into account the forward logistics and reverse logistics of waste, and to realize combination of forward supply chain and reverse supply chain, so the closed-loop supply chain system of the automobile manufacturing industry generated. How to achieve coordination between upstream and downstream enterprises in the automobile manufacturing industry of the closed-loop supply chain, to improve the overall competitive advantage of the closed-loop supply chain? This brought a new issue to the sustainable development of the automotive industry.This paper is to solve this problem. First, analysis of the closed-loop supply chain, remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain collaboration theory and research in related fields at home and abroad, clear the ideas and research methods. Next, analysis of the basic theory of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain, expounded the connotation of the closed-loop supply chain system, the theory of re-manufacturing and remanufacturing of the contents of the closed-loop supply chain, laid a theoretical foundation. Analysis of the auto parts remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain coordination from motivation and elements two sides. And analysis of the collaborative model design basis, setting collaborative model from three levels of organization, information and business. Then, analysis of the automotive parts remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain synergy mechanism; focus on analysis of the income distribution mechanism, pricing mechanisms, information sharing mechanisms and incentives. Finally, analysis of the automotive parts remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain collaborative performance evaluation system, and elaborated the concept and characteristics evaluation purposes and principles. The use of Balanced Scorecard to its evaluation system design, combined with the example of Zhejiang Geely holding group production of waste EC718recycling remanufacturing, by using the structural equation method to the collaborative performance evaluation, and then puts forward some measures for improvement. The development of closed-loop supply chain coordination mechanism for the automotive parts remanufacturing effective operation as well as the automotive parts remanufacturing provide a theoretical and practical learn.
