As booming market and talent war, the management of employee benefit is focusedby companies with great position due to retention and attraction issue based on the totalrewards system.Through reviewing and analyzing employee benefit programs by entity of ABCCompany (China), the purpose of the report is to reduce employee turnover rate andretain talents. Based on the result of benchmark externally and internally, the reportprovides a recommendation on employee benefit optimization and designs the strategy ofemployee benefit to make sure that the employee benefit programs could meet thedifferent needs for business development.Given the study, it implies that employee benefit is the most important componentfor the total rewards system. Based on much more impact on setting up employers’branding and building up companies’ culture, employee benefit also improves companies’human resource competition on talent retention and attraction. Currently, besides keepingthe competition from compensation system, it is helpful to improve the non-cash benefitlevel, based on total rewards, to build up a completed compensation and benefit system,to design a sustainable developing compensation and benefit system for ensuringcompanies sustainable growth and development.
