Key employees are the original power for enterprise operation and development. Motivation is the important job of enterprise management, while compensation and benefit which is adopted prevalently by numerous corporations currently is the most important tool as well as effective measurement for management motivation.An effective compensation and benefit system for key employees has not established since Hua Wo set up. The existing Compensation and Benefit system was simple and reasonless, building depends on subjective forejudges rather than scientific method and theory base, result in lower satisfaction and attraction. Career ennui was come into being among key employees latterly, which certainly lead to loss of key employees, meanwhile, the existing salary system lack attraction for talent in target market. The competitive advantage was lower consequently.Compensation and Benefit System for is established in line with practice. The system process with Motivation and salary theory, introducing relevant conception, theory, company background, marketing environment, analyzing position evaluation for key employees, studying industrial C&B level, finding main problem with existing system by specific questionnaires and interview. According to advanced motivated theory and scientific practice, the author redesigns Compensation and benefit strategy, job analysis, position evaluation, market salary investigation report, salary and benefit structure, etc., while establishes scientific and effective compensation and benefit system as well as states designed principle, implementing method and issues.That studies compensation and benefit status for key employees from salary level and structure is the innovative point for the system, rather than from the relationship from salary level with company performance. Comparing with former study, the system is more comprehensive and profound. The system selects automobile industrial which avoid more illegal sample, furthermore, forward suggestion and measure for the system implementing. In conclusion, the study provides practice reference for compensation and benefit system of key employees of whole automobile industry.
