With the development of Internet technology and geometry level growth in number of Internet users, online business got rapidly increase. Enterprise online marketing is not a issue to be or not to be, but a question of how to carry out it. At the same time we have also seen, clothing industry are limited by various objective factors, it is still facing a large online marketing constraints.Under this background, the article through empirical study on induction and reasoning, analysis of the present situation of Chinese garment industry rapid development of e-commerce and fashion industry online marketing mistakes of understanding and restrictive conditions. It points that urgency to the need for developing e-commerce in the garment industry. And combination existing marketing theory and online marketing practice, related method, combination clothing industry features, from products policy, price policy, channel policy, brand policy, promotion policy etc. for clothing enterprise carried out online marketing related policy. It point out that different scale, different development period of enterprise, and different type core competitiveness of clothing enterprise must be considered to carry out the optimum strategy. The paper also compares definition of product under the online market and traditional offline market. It point that the display technology and service quality also consider as part of product in online market conditions. The paper introduces several methods of brand establishing strategy, and distribution channel options. Concerning the promotion strategy under the network environment, the paper analyses the concept, apply scope, basic characters, process of SEM, SEO, Micro-blogging marketing, Permitted E-mail marketing and other strategies, to promote apparel products online marketing process development, particularly for small and medium-sized Fashion enterprises development Internet Marketing provides a reference.
