Research On Rural Surplus Labor Of Putian Xiuyu District Transfer

Along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening, the ideas of the farmers have a profound change. They no longer satisfied with the current situation in village and the profit which traditional agricultural production brought can no longer meet their acquiring. Because farmers can not find good ways to become richer at the home, so more and more young farmers choose working out. According to the survey data of my village, the income which village migrant workers earned has become the main part for the increases of farmers’purified income in recent years. And the increase of this "purified" is mainly accomplished by the transfer of surplus rural labor forces. Therefore the way of how to guide the surplus rural labor forces transfer actively and how to drive the economy development of village region gradually has become more and more important. This article analysis the process, characteristics, and causes rural surplus labor transfer in Putian Xiuyu District based on the current situation of rural surplus labor’s transfer in Putian Xiuyu District. Also the author summarizes the present research on surplus labor transfer in China and other international countries and analyzes the main reasons of rural surplus transfer and the problems accord in the process of it. Based on these problems, the author put forward some effective methods for the solving of them.According to this thesis the transfer of rural labor force can contribute to the growth of our economy and at the same time can increase the income of farmers, which shows that the transfer of rural labor force can be effective in the promoting of a country’s economic growth and the increasing of farmers’income. Therefore, promoting the transfer of rural labor force to cities vigorously in order to have the labor force resources collocate reasonably and effectively is the fundamental way to increase farmers’income and to promote the growth of economy.
