With the continued development of economic globalization,market competition is increasingly fierce,machinery manufacturing industry has entered the small profit era,in order to ensure complete company profit target of 8% per year,Company A puts forward higher requirements on the project management.But in the actual customer design nonstandard project,due to the project delivery date short,piled on more projects,lack of resources,the existence of project changes,Project delays often occur.The critical path method is not suitable for non-standard project schedule management.Critical chain method in solving this type of project has obvious advantages.This article,with emphasis on the critical chain schedule management methods,research on customized non-standard project in practical application.This article describes several methods commonly used to develop the project plan,outlining the Critical Chain theory,compared the critical chain and critical path method,by way of example illustrates the difference between the two method.Analyzes the causes of the critical path method timeout occurs and updated project plan frequently.Describes the characteristics of the nonstandard product,we introduce the characteristics and status of process management company customized projects.Analysis of the current problems existing in the management process and analysis the proportion of different types of reasons.Based on the critical chain technology,established a critical chain project management processes,identify constraints;Construct evaluation index system of priority,priority value is obtained by using the fuzzy mathematics method;According to the activity type safety classification compression time;Identify key chain;SRSS method are used to determine the length of the project buffer and feeding buffer,supervise and control the project implementation stage of the buffer.Excavate the potential of bottleneck resources,by means of setting buffer to eliminate the influence of uncertain factors on the project schedule.Finally,the article to ZR90 VSD oil-free water cooling screw air compressor project for application case,has carried on the instance analysis.Using Microsoft Project 2013 software created Project plan,Analyzing the priority when there is competition for resources between projects,determine the critical chain,calculate the buffer size,setting the buffer area,prepare the final critical chain Project schedule,control Project progress,verify its feasibility and validity.
