However, many small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are in pioneering initial stage due to the lack of management experience to cause confused organizational structure, financing difficulty, strategy is not clear, resource configuration is not reasonable, coupled with the market change constantly, product sale channel not free of unstable external business environment, small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises in the early entrepreneurs had early broken, not to mention the development and expansion of enterprises.
