Research On Service Mode Of Entrepreneurship Incubation Base In Shihezi High-tech Zone

"Public entrepreneurship,innovation" national strategy for China's industrial upgrading and economic development has provided new impetus.Through the continuous promotion of decentralization,reorganization and management,optimize service reform,create a good employment and entrepreneurial environment,vigorously implement the innovation-driven development strategy,more play the role of social forces,the development of employment capacity of large services,private economy and small micro-enterprises,The use of "Internet + employment" new model,in a wider area to achieve employment supply and demand docking.China's economy has grown from high-speed into the three new economic era,the employment pressure and structural contradictions,entrepreneurship employment is an effective way to solve the employment,which has become the consensus of the government and the community.During the 13 th Five-Year period,the economic downturn of Shihezi City was very obvious.The adjustment of economic structure was imperative and the employment pressure was great.In the context of the national real economy sluggish,Shihezi City,most of the enterprise demand for employment decreased significantly,some enterprises layoffs or internal staff rotation issues,the overall employment situation is grim.In response to the Prime Minister called on the public entrepreneurship,innovation,integration of social forces to provide business platform,increase jobs,adjust the industrial economy has become the focus of Shihezi government concerns.This paper mainly studies the service mode of business incubation base in Shihezi High-tech Zone,and gives an overview of the problems existing in the service mode of business incubation base in Shihezi High-tech Zone.The research found that(1)Shihezi Hi-tech Zone business incubation base is the main activities of polymerization,training counseling,media-driven,new real estate thinking,industrial chain services,integrated entrepreneurial ecosystem system seven service models.(2)There are some key issues such as the high price of hatching plant leasing,the shortage of hatching enterprises,the simple contents of service,the lack of professionalism,the lack of professional management talents and the lack of innovation ability in Shihezi High-tech Zone.(3)the management mechanism is not perfect,the investment and financing mechanism is not perfect and the level of regional development is the main reason for the existence of the service model of the business incubation base in Shihezi High-tech Zone.(4)the service satisfaction of enterprise incubation base in shihezi high-tech zone is low,and the satisfaction of hardware service is higher than that of software services.(5)The typical business incubation base in China is mainly a combination of production and research model,information sharing platform model,training and management mechanism innovation,technological innovation and other typical service model,Shihezi High-tech Zone incubation base should learn from these service models to promote their own faster development of.Based on the above research results,this paper mainly puts forward some policy suggestions: transforming the government role;diversifying the development of investment subjects;broadening the financing channels;guiding and helping the business incubation base to broaden the service scope,improving the service quality;establishing reasonable personnel training mechanism;Structure;establish a reasonable process to cultivate the mechanism;establish a reasonable graduation mechanism.
