Study On The Characteristic Of Illegal Land Use And The Land Supervision Countermeasures Of Jiangxi Province

Land supervision is an significant method to the land management and the efficient land use. It has been a good help to the work of national land management since its formal implementation. Many experts and scholars have made studies on the supervision system of our land and its implementation from different aspects in depth., which play an important role to the progress of land supervision work. As time goes by, it shows that there are also a lot of deficiencies in the land supervision policies. As a result, the national Land Inspector system was promulgated in2006to be a control to the land use and management, indicating the importance of our land management business.The implementation of land control and land supervision system have made good achievements in the land management and land use in Jiangxi Province. Some researches have been made by some experts and scholars theoretically. With the help of the program study on the land supervision in Jiangxi Province which authorized by the national land Inspector Nanjing Bureau. Based on the study on the current land supervision of Jiangxi Province from several aspects, the paper makes some proposals and opinion on the problems of the land supervision work.. Combined with the analysis of the economic development goals and land supply-demand of Jiangxi Province during "12th Five-Year"period. We made an forecast on the situation of the land use during"12th Five-Year". The results show that there will be some illegal land use since the land supply will not meet the demand of land during this period. Because the economic development is getting well in Jiangxi Province.At the same time, based on the analysis of illegal land use cases in Jiangxi province in recent five years, this paper makes an calculation on the situation of the illegal land use in the future several years by means of econometric model on Jiangxi province. It shows that, there is an convergence in the illegal land use scale in2003-2007. But it shows no convergence in the period2003-2010.On account of the analysis of the illegal land use cases above, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the problems existing in the work of land supervision, combined with the understanding of the actual situation. It will be a help to the future work of the land supervision in Jiangxi province.
