The Research Of The Employment Problems Faced By The New Generations Of Migrant Workers

Migrant workers in China are a unique social group after the reform and opening up, through three decades of development and change they are gradually fade into history. However, their offspring, the new generation of migrant workers has grown up, is taking a new outlook on the social construction of all walks of life. Highly concerned about the new generation of migrant workers and take efforts to solve the problem of employment of migrant workers, have became a must be faced new challenges in the building of new socialist countryside、promoting urbanization and industrialization process to achieve sustainable economic and social development New generation of migrant workers have moved into the ranks of the city and became the main force of rural migrant workers, these people’s efforts and development have became the focus of social attention. They will become the largest mobile groups in the next several decades or even longer. Currently, there is not specifically theoretical foundation and recognized research methods about the new generation of migrant workers.This paper introduces the concepts and their characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, then analysis of the problems faced by the new generation of migrant workers and the causes, and finally proposed countermeasures to solve the problem. On methods, this paper use a variety of interdisciplinary research methods analysis the problems faced by the new generation of migrant workers, then use scientific theory analysis the causes of the problems. At the same time, analyze the actual situation in the use of the present theory and put forward my views on the issue. In addition, this paper adopt the relevant report on the new generation of migrant workers, based on the scientific statistical method analysis the survey data. In this paper, also based on a qualitative approach to research, through defining the concept, identify the difference between the new and old generation of migrant workers to detailed analysis the problems faced by the new generation of migrant workers.This paper is divided into six main parts. The first part outlines the meaning of the new generation of migrant workers, and introduce the domestic and international research status and the significance of this paper. The second part, compared the characteristics of the old and new generations of migrant workers, and detailed analysis the difference with the old generations of migrant workers. The third part describes the sistuation in the city、agriculture and rural of the new generations of migrant workers, and analyze the employment problems faced by the new generations of migrant workers. The fourth part, in the point of their own and the outside system analyze causes resulting the generation of migrant workers employment problems. The fifth part propose the strategics of solving the employment problems faced by the new generations of migrant workers. Specifically,it should complete the system protection to promote the new generations of migrant workers’city people diathesis、 strengthen innovation in the employment system and broaden employment channels for the new generation of migrant workers. Solve the system barriers of the new generation of migrant workers into the urban areas, so that they can really into the city.
