Since the ancient time, farmers have been playing an important role in thedevelopment history of human beings, because of its big number and unitedstrengths. Especially in China, farmers account for a majority of total populationsand more than800million farmers were in China before the ages of The Open andReform. They are devoting their lives to our society-building at the rural farmland orthe city’s working land. Some farmer are living well in their home while migrantfarmers are facing discriminations from local people and companies which willseverely affect their emotions. After that, their negative emotions will probablychange them into disliking local colleagues and their jobs. When migrant workers dotheir job with the negative emotions, they probably behave to be late to work orleave earlier for off, or some even take counterproductive behaviors in revenge. Itsresults are quite severe. Therefore, discrimination studies about migrant workers arebecoming more and more popular among society workers and scholars.So, this study targets at migrant workers, taking Discriminations towardsHousehold Registration, Negative Emotions and Counter Productive Behaviors ofMigrant Workers as study variables. At last, we come to the conclusions as followed:(1) Discriminations towards Household Registration of migrant workers ispositively related to Counter Productive Behaviors. Reducing discriminationsagainst migrant workers can stop the happenings of counter productive behaviors.(2) Discriminations towards Household Registration of migrant workers is positively related to Negative Emotions. The more discriminations, the worse thenegative emotions.(3) Negative Emotions of Migrant Workers have a significantly positive impacton Counter Productive Behaviors.(4) Negative Emotions of Migrant Workers play a intermediary functionbetween Discriminations towards Household Registration and Counter ProductiveBehaviors.(5) Migrant Workers’ Attribution Style has a regulatory function betweenNegative Emotions and Counter Productive Behaviors.While stepping into the21th century, migrant workers’ intelligence andthoughts have improved a lot. If companies still hold discriminations as before, notonly can migrant workers do counterproductive behaviors, but also appeal to law ormedia to protect their interests. So, if a company is willing to develop smoothly andquickly, and let migrant workers work hard, it is necessary to deal withDiscriminations towards Household Registration.
