Research On The Housing Security Of Migrant Workers In Cities Of China

Along with the development of the urbanization process, a large number of agriculturallabor flow to the city, formed a huge urban migrant workers group. Due to the householdregistration system and limit their own conditions, migrant workers are common the problemof low income, and difficult to enjoy the city worker is the various social security rights.In this paper, from the angle of social security of migrant workers, and analyzed theproblems of housing security. On the theory of social justice, public resource supplydiversification theory as the foundation, using data of migrant workers, housing the basicpresent situation, analyzing the present migrant workers in the city housing securitydeficiencies, and further study of the impact of migrant workers city housing factors, furtherimprove the city housing security for migrant workers. The government should be moreactively fulfill its in the provision of housing functions, in the management system of thehousehold register, land management system, the housing accumulation fund system in areassuch as the implementation of migrant workers is beneficial to solving the housing security ofdeep reform and innovation, society each respect also should take a variety of ways to raisefunds to support migrant workers and their families to solve the housing problem, at the sametime strengthen the labor units of housing to provide liability. On the whole, migrant workershousing security should be integrated into the social security system for overall consideration.
