The Research On Financing Predicament And Countermeasures Of Chinese Medium-Sized And Small Enterprises

Recently, rapid development of medium-sized and small enterprises (SMEs), which has been a very important part of our national economy, is alleviating the employment pressure and beneficial to economic stability and development. However, there are some issues, specially financing difficulty, which is being more and more serious, go against the development of economy. In order to SMEs sustainable development, we should research the issues and put forward solving countermeasures.Research methods of this paper includes literature research&experts consultation, macroscopicµscopic analysis and method of comparative study and son on. We use these methods to systematic research SMEs financing, and attempt to propose effective countermeasures. First of all, simply describing the research significance and background and reviewing research status of home and abroad. Secondly, introducing SMEs current situation and posing issues to analysis financing difficulty from two aspects:enterprise itself and their external. Thirdly, we can get some enlightenments from summarize experience of America, Japan, Britain and Germany. Finally, according to current issues posing countermeasures, which including improving enterprises themselves financing ability, changing idea and behavior of financial institution, constructing capital market system for SMEs and increasing support from government.
