Communication industry call center technology, labor and intelligence intensive service industry characteristics make it is the management of human resource demand is very high, while its staff labor dispatch identity more bring employee occupation low sense of security, such as the high rate of loss of many problems such as unstable, so from occupation career management point of view, improve employee enthusiasm, is the call center of communication industry human resource management staff incentive new research content.Based on the Y communication company call center labor dispatch employees as the research object, from the angle of occupation career management of call center of a new incentive mechanisms of staff. In this paper, through research and analysis, Y communication company call center occupation career management system is not sound and form a single, talent team construction is not reasonable and talent lack, call centre work nature and employee labor dispatch id the occupation development is not the problem such as free. Aiming at these problems, the implementation of call center in occupation career management design idea and key links of research, from the occupation development, capability evaluation, personnel training, the dynamic maintenance of four angle put forward to call center occupation career management scheme, at the end of the occupation career management in call center system implementation guarantee conditions put forward personnel, culture, related incentive mechanism to ensure train of thought.This paper is to through the establishment of communication industry call center dispatching employee occupation career management system, with a view to the communications industry call center’s occupation career management research, incentive mechanism building, employee loyalty and has certain reference value and draw lessons from a meaning.
