In the market of Yunnan Express, Post EMS is withstanding the increasingly fierce market competition. With the rapid decreasing of EMS business volume, the EMS market share is also falling constantly. Currently, how to consolidate, develop EMS and retake the lost Market share is becoming an urgent problem for Yunnan Post.Through the collection of correlative data, this paper uses the marketing theory to analyze the current situation and existing problems of Yunnan Post EMS. The analysis shows that the main reason of gradual decline of Yunnan Post EMS market share is the relative backward marketing ideas, the weak product development capacity, the relative backward marketing building, the lack of after-sale marketing service capacity and the lack of marketing channel advertisement. It mainly reflects in the following fields:the marketing measure is single, the core competitiveness is not strong and the marketing strategy is backward in the fierce market competitive environment. Firstly, based on the integrated marketing and STP strategy theories, the paper analyses the overall marketing environment of Yunnan express by using the PEST analysis. Secondly, based on the deep analysis and study for the development of main market competitor and compared with the Yunnan post similar business, the paper draws the conclusion of SWOT analysis. Thirdly, the paper designs a appropriate integrated marketing mode for Yunnan Post Corporation—marketing tools, market positioning, inside organization, outside organization and organic integration Finally, combined with the EMS development situation and with the aim of adopting market competition, grabbing the market share, promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises, achieving a long-term sustainable development, the paper puts forward the integrated marketing strategies for the development of Yunnan Post EMS and designs the marketing project and the corresponding measures..
