In2005,China insurance regulatory commission issued "the insurance agency management stipulation".In the regulations, the countries reduced admittance threshold of the insurance agency market, and encouraged the rapid development of the insurance agency. From then, the insurance agency appeared rapid growth. This growth has brought the diversification of the insurance industry, But this situation restrict the development of insurance agency, such as the related theory lag, the fuzzy of policy regulation, the contemption of insurance company and the consumer suspicions. In this moment, Xi’an Qiankun insurance agency corporation arises at the market, the development of the company is also affected by the market environment. In order to create their own core competitiveness in the fierce competition, we must make the marketing strategy according to their own marketing conditions.This paper analysis the company’s marketing on present situation and the company’s marketing strategies in way of theory combining with practice. Then, it mainly research on the development of the company’s marketing strategies within a large number of literatures and investigations. Firstly this paper analysis the external and internal environment of the company named Qiankun with Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis. In its opinion, the company faces to environment with much complex competitive as well as much more opportunities at present. In this circumstance, this paper put forward to some advices to Qiankun company based on the Marketing Theory of4Ps in order to contribute a long-term development with these marketing strategies to the marketing of this company. Moreover, these marketing strategies may assist to achieve the market expansion and help company to realize the sustainable growth of business on the basis of reinforcing marketing station in Shanxi. Finally, this paper dictates terms on the marketing strategies for management.In this paper, the author proposes the feasible marketing strategy plan and formulate the implementation scheme, that in the change of the economic environment and policy environment. This plan consolidate and improve the market position of the Xi’an Qiankun insurance agency corporation, and the research of other market insurance agency corporations have reference value.
