With the rapid development of the third-party payment industry, the industry competition increases fiercely. For CX E-Commerce Co. Ltd. in Hunan business profits haven’t met the needs of the enterprise development so far, thus the corporate profitability can not be realized, the drawbacks exist in this profin model because not only the source of profits is single, but also the profin margins are lower. The innovation and improvement of their profit model are the severe problems that enterprises have to face.This article first introduces the connotation of the profit model, the theory of strategic management,innovation,super competition,motivation theory.The analysis for Hunan CX E-Commerce industry is combined with the five aspects of the bargaining ability of suppliers and buyers, the potential entrants threat, the threat of substitutes, as well as the competition between companies in the same field, basing on the five forces model of Porter’s competitive strategy point of view. Found that the profit model of Hunan CX E-Commerce Co. Ltd is limited, traditional the profit model concept has not changed; It is inflexible, unable to adjust and rigid single, without its own Characteristics. Then the paper describes the specific methods of the corporate profit model innovation and improvement, combining innovation and super competition theory with the Hunan CX E-Commerce Co. Ltd. Combined the actual situation, designing a specific program designed for corporate profit model innovation:not only bring higher profits for the enterprise and can bring tangible benefits to customers profit model; Formed to follow external environment changes of the flexible profit pattern; to break the traditional mode of thinking, collaboration, make the profit pattern of development with more vast space.
