Along with the rapid development of e-commerce in China, third party payment has experienced a period of rapid growth, it has gradually become the main means of network transactions and credit intermediary, and the transaction continues to rise. Traditional commercial banks experienced the opportunities and challenges of hitherto unknown, whether it is from the perspective of intermediary business, through the financial disintermediation’s point of view, the interest rate market point of view, third-party payment clearly affected the rapid development of commercial banks. In this paper, from the perspective of commercial banks, the comprehensive effect of the third party payment for commercial banks, through the analysis of the third party payment enterprise business model, the commercial banks to deal with the third party payment policy recommendations.First of all, this paper briefly introduces the concept and the third party payment process, the business model and profit model, and from the degree of market concentration, product differentiation and entry barriers and other aspects of the in-depth analysis of the theory of. Secondly, through the establishment of a commercial bank’s profitability model, analysis of the third party payment relationship with commercial banks intermediate business, evolution, and then from the assets and liabilities of the business, customers and the acceleration of the process of market degree of interest rate is stable and the third party payment, discusses the impact on the business of commercial banks. Finally, strategic analysis the competitive environment of the commercial banks, a comprehensive analysis of the commercial banks in the competition to quantitative analysis of advantages and disadvantages, and the potential opportunities and threats. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis the impact of building customer payment platform selection model, and the above research methods, making the proposed commercial banks to deal with the third party payment policies more scientific and objective.Study on the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical, this paper puts forward the following suggestions on the strategies of commercial banks: first, to accelerate the pace of financial innovation, improve the payment and settlement system of the existing; second, to speed up the banking business platform of fitness, build a platform economy; third, the timely introduction of related products and services appear to new financial products; fourth, strengthen the construction of big data, fifth, close cooperation between banks, to provide a more convenient payment mode.
