Study On The Audit Information System Of The Baoji IRS

Informatization is the trend of the world economic and social development, an important driving force to promote economic and social reform and moreover, it is become more and more significant. The taxation informatization is an important part of the national economy and social informatization and the tax audit is an important part of the tax collection as known as the "priority" of the tax work. Tax audit information technology will effectively strengthen the internal monitoring and external monitoring of the tax system, the formation of a scientific and effective inspection management system.In recent years, the taxation informatization has been greatly improved, and the application of informtion technology has continually improved the efficiency of the tax audit management. However, many problems still exist in the tax audit information construction.In this paper the literature review, questionnaire survey, the theoretical and practical combination of other methods is used to analyze how to build Baoji City, the IRD(Inland Revenue Department) Audit Information System.This dissertation is developed on the tax audit informatization of Baoji city IRD (Inland Revenue Department) Audit Information System, Based on the reality tax audit and from the perspective of public management, advanced management concepts, management techniques and management methods are introduced to study the tax audit work. Comparative considering some foreign advanced tax audit management models, methods and concepts, public management theories and models are used to propose design safeguards of the tax audit of information systems in Baoji City and the future development prospects.Information System of tax inspectors ensure that the taxation of financial and economic functions to promote the modernization of the tax audit system in Baoji City and play an active role in promoting development.By analyzing State Taxation of the Baoji city_Taxation Inspection Information System to describes many problems in our country. In order to improve the tax efficiency of the work, IRD must introduce advanced management methods to establish a scientific, effective and fair tax audit system and improve the overall efficiency and level of modernization of the tax inspection work in China.
