The Demolition Project Risk Research

In recent years, urban redevelopments and developments of new areas have become the core of the local constructions. Because of the strong connection between the urban construction and land demolition, the social contradictions caused by demolition, as the inevitable issue, has become increasingly serious with the development of urban construction. The risks of land demolition mainly come from land acquisition, demolition and resettlement compensation, etc. Under the context of the growth of urban demolitions, the state council passed the Regulations of Housing Acquisition and Compensation on the State-owned Land in141st executive meeting on Jan,19th of2011. Although the new Regulations offers the legal protection to the own interests of the removed, some local governments do not enforce the regulation completely. Within their respective authority, governments at different levels can issue the demolition documents and make the enforcement standards, which both can not meet the requirements of social and economic developments. The above two points make local governments make the ideological work for the removed, and in the case without expected results of ideological work, governments will have demolitions done in compulsory way, which can not make the demolition matching "people first" principle.Therefore, how to solve problems happened during the land demolition, reduce social contradictions and promote the economic construction will be the problem urgently requiring research and resolution by the government.
