In the era of "The Belt and Road Initiative" economic belt construction to promote Xinjiang's large-scale construction and development,Urumqi,the capital of Xinjiang,faces the dual challenges of economic development and the transformation of the old city.However,due to the large land occupation in the old communities and urban villages,the available land for development is insufficient.As a result,a large number of demolition and resettlement tasks have been generated.According to its construction content,the demolition and resettlement housing project is divided into multiple links,and the progress of each link is inevitably affected by many factors such as humanities,management,climate,and funds,which may cause delays in construction schedule Not only will it lead to an increase in the investment in resettlement housing construction and a decline in quality,it will also easily lead to conflicts in letters and visits and affect social harmony and stability.Therefore,it is important to integrate progress risk management throughout the entire process of project management.In this paper,the "progress risk of the demolition and resettlement house project in Xiaodiwopu Village,Urumqi High-tech Zone" is taken as the research object.According to the three steps of "risk identification-risk assessment-risk response",the characteristics of the demolition and resettlement house construction and the characteristics of Urumqi local engineering are selected.The controllable process in the project implementation process,that is,"requisition and relocation","feasibility study","bidding","construction","completion acceptance" and other five stages,first identify the project through expert questionnaires 5 Risk factors and the probability of occurrence in each of the main stages;then use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(fahp)to quantify each schedule risk factor and its fuzzy relationship to build a project schedule risk assessment model to calculate the risk at each stage The influence weights of factors are calculated by multiplying the weight of each risk factor and the probability of occurrence,and the influence degree of each risk factor in each link is calculated and sorted according to the size.Based on the evaluation of the progress risk factors in each link of the "Xiaodiwopu Village Demolition and Resettlement Housing Project",the priority order and control keyof progress risk management were clarified,so as to formulate a response strategy to improve the "Xiaodiwobao Village demolition and resettlement project" "House project" schedule management efficiency provides technical support and also provides reference for schedule risk management of other similar projects.
