| For a long time, tobacco industry of China has been "unified leadership, vertical management, monopoly sales and monopoly operation" management system, this policy of high barrier effectively avoids the impact of foreign tobacco, but after accession to the WTO, originally advantange of policy development to support the tobacco industry began to gradually decrease. Facing new challenges, the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau actively promote " comprehensive access and sales, comprehensive distribution, separation of access and delivery, monopoly and combination sales " mode of modern logistics management in the whole industry. In order to respond to the challenges better, Baoding tobacco company need to construct cigarette logistics distribution center.The thesis is about the research on the development status of logistics and distribution of tobacco industry inside China and overseas. The analysis of the planning program of Baoding cigarette distribution center is a central part of the research. Firstly, against current outstanding problems of Baoding tobacco company in logistics system,based upon the demand analysis of the distribution center construction project, principles and objectives of the overall project planning are confirmed. In order to come to a better program, a comparative analysis of site selection and logistics mode was made. Then I made a detailed explanation on the workflow of Baoding cigarette distribution center, including storage, sorting and delivery, in order to optimize functional partition. In the end, there is an in-depth discussion on warehouse sorting strategy, policy-making management system as well as the logistics information system of the distribution center. With the help of the research on the planning program, I expect to find prominent problems existing in the current Baoding tobacco logistics system, so as to achieve the purpose of improving operating efficiency, reduce operating costs and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. |
