With the development of network technology and economy,electronic commerce is becoming the main way of people's consumption.Consumption has become the main driving force of economic growth,the recent five years,China's e-commerce transactions at an average annual rate of more than 35% growth trend,in 2015 China's e-commerce trade volume reached 20 trillion and 800 billion yuan,the network retail sales reached 4 trillion yuan,the growth rate of more than 35%,ranking first in the world.E-commerce in China started late,there is such a result is proud of,but also the performance of the national standard of living.Logistics distribution plays an important role in promoting the development of electronic commerce,and it is developing towards the direction of systematization,informationization,internationalization,networking and socialization.In the fierce competition of the network economy,logistics and distribution services is not only a logistics activities,but also to obtain customer satisfaction,to seize the important means of the market.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the location and planning of logistics distribution center in the context of e-commerce.This paper studies the concept and development of e-commerce,has the model,as well as its virtualization,low cost,high efficiency and open and transparent characteristics.Then introduces the concept,types and the significance of the development of electronic commerce.Through analyzing the present situation of logistics in our country,we find out the deficiency of domestic and international logistics development,and put forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.In the context of e-commerce logistics distribution center on the basic characteristics of the summary,combined with the actual requirements of the modern logistics distribution center.This paper discusses the importance and necessity of logistics distribution center location planning,and then clear the target,the principle,the content and the procedure of the logistics distribution center.The last two chapters into two examples of Jingdong store to build distribution center in Chongqing,the selection process described.First on the Chongqing economic and logistics development of the introduction,in the collection of Jingdong in the development of the logistics and distribution center in Chongqing,to collect the relevant backgroundinformation.With the help of computer,the conclusion is drawn.Through the level of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of the analysis method(AHP)and 0-1planning,strict careful heavy modeling,solving,a detailed solution procedure,avoid the simple qualitative analysis of subjectivity and one sidedness,and overcomes the defects of the quantitative analysis from the reality.
