The phenomenon of informationization investment “black hole” makes the need to besolved urgently at present, it’s aim is to enhance the success ratio of the enterpriseinformationization project.The practice proves that,the lack of the effective projectmanagement mechanism, especially the informationization project performance evaluationsystem is the main reason. However, the research on the evaluation of enterpriseinformationization performance still did not have the mature research results.Therefore,through analysis and research enterprise informationization project management performanceevaluation,not only can develop for the information construction to standardized and thestandardized direction provides the good theory support,moreover its research achievementalso all will have the practical value to present and the future information construction practice.Firstly,this paper mainly introduces the research background,as well as the presentdomestic and foreign research situation,points out the significance of this paper.Then,limitedenterprise informationization project management performance evaluation correlation conceptconnotation, is analyzed rationale of the enterprise informationization project managementperformance evaluation,based on the working content and characteristics of each project phase,put forward the thought for construction of the project performance evaluation index systemaccording to the project phase. Then the study applies the enterprise informationization projectmanagement performance evaluation theory to Center China Grid Company ERP project, andwith help of AHP method, makes the evaluation process of performance of enterpriseinformationization continuously. Finally, the results is listed and some suggestions are gavenaccording to the results....
