Small and medium-sized enterprises account for more than 99% of all enterprises in China, but because the reason such as insufficient funds, talent scarcity, information did not achieve their desired results. Relevant data show that small and medium-sized enterprise informationization implementation success rate is only 10% to 10%. The main reason is the small and medium-sized enterprises ignore the informatization risk factors and the lack of the corresponding countermeasures. In this article, through the form of a questionnaire survey to collect data, using reliability test to verify the feasibility of the data from the questionnaire survey. At the same time, this article is for the data collection, in the form of classification variables to the multicollinearity regression analysis is adopted to the collinearity diagnosis between the variables.3. in this paper, on the basis of predecessors’ study, combined with the enterprise life cycle theory, build a set of based on the life cycle of small and medium-sized enterprise informationization risk evaluation index system. Finally by Logistic regression model based on life cycle of small and medium-sized enterprise informationization risk for empirical research, some theoretical guidance significance conclusion.Finally, summarize the research contents of this paper and the existing limitations, and deeper research prospects for the future.
