Function And Spatial Organizing Of The Xi Xin Economic And Technological Development Zone Of Chang Chun

The issue will analyze the present condition of the development areas, conclude theexiting problems, consider the opportunities it will meet in its developing course, identify thenature of the new west Economic&Technological Development Zone and clarify thefunction mode, and put forward strategies for optimizing the spatial organization of the newwest Economic&Technological Development Zone, based on the basic theories ofIndustrial clusters, spatial organizing and New industrial districts, and some relevant subjectknowledge such as geography,ecology and sociology, from the aspects of function orientationand space organization, through field survey on the west Economic&TechnologicalDevelopment Zone and relevant material collection. The full text includes four chapters.The first chapter gives a presentation of the current situation of research on industrialclusters, spatial organization new industrial districts.The second chapter analyzes the present condition of the new west Economic&Technological Development Zone, puts forward the existing problems in its developingsituation---The current situation of the roadway can not meet the traffic condition needs, theliving facilities are backward, the talent introduction mechanism is not perfect and the startingpoint of function orientation is low seek developing opportunities and promote itsdevelopment.Chapter Ⅲ identifies the nature of the new west Economic&TechnologicalDevelopment Zone and orientates the function mode of it. It identifies the nature of thedevelopment zone as automobile industry cluster though analyzing and comparing thecharacteristics of automobile Industry Cluster and the present situation of the automobileindustry in the new west Economic&Technological Development Zone. It orientates thefunction mode of the development zone from automobile production and the construction ofnew urban built-up area, the improvement of the urban functions and new industry cultivation.It draws the following four conclusions: the new west Economic&TechnologicalDevelopment Zone is a Motor City of China, it is a modernized new city area in the westernpart of Changchun, it is an important part of urban functional areas in Changchun and it is thecarrier of the cultivation of new industry.The forth chapter, based on the analysis on the Spatial elements organization and thechoosing of function mode of the west Economic&Technological Development Zone putsforward strategies for optimizing spatial organization. It proposes that the entire space shouldbe organized according to the basic functional blocks, in particular the production spaceshould be arranged according to industrial group and industrial chain links.
