The development zone's contribution to the city and the national economy is obvious to all.However,with the development of the development zone,its various land use issues have become increasingly prominent,such as unclear functional positioning,blind expansion,neglect of potential tapping,and the agglomeration effect and scale benefits of the development zone are not fully reflected.It is necessary to objectively understand the current level of land intensive use in the development zone and explore the land use mechanism that affects the land use level of the development zone.The analysis of land spatial change in the development zone can mine the dynamic mechanism of land dynamics within the development zone from the micro level.Integrate the study of land time scale and spatial scale of development zone is of great significance for clarifying the problems of land use in development zones and improving the management and decision-making level of land intensive use in development zones.This is also a relatively innovative attempt in land intensive use evaluation.This paper takes Changchun High-tech Industrial Development Zone as the research object,and combines the time and space scale to comprehensively evaluate the intensive use of land in the development zone.Firstly,the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(TFN-AHP)is used to establish the land intensive use evaluation model of the development zone,and the land intensive use degree calculation of the land in the development zone from 2009 to 2018 is divided into the main area of the development zone and the development direction zone.Secondly,by establishing a spatial analysis and calculation model of land use dynamic change,the spatial dynamic evolution of the development zone main area and development direction area in this period of the development zone is measured.Finally,combined with the results of land intensive use evaluation and spatial dynamics in Changchun High-tech Industrial Development Zone,comprehensively analyze the development of land intensive use in the nine years from 2009 to 2018,for revealing the intrinsic relationship between land intensive use and spatial change in the development zone,and providing a favorable basis for future planning and regulation of the development zone.The results show that:(1)The land use intensification scores of the main area of the development zone from 2009 to 2018 are: 0.63 in 2009,0.69 in 2010,0.73 in 2012,0.85 in 2014,and 0.86 in 2015.,0.89 in 2017 and 0.90 in 2018;The land use intensification scores of the development direction zone of the development zone from 2014 to 2017 are: 0.83 in 2014,0.79 in 2015,and 0.83 in 2017.It can be seen from the evaluation results that the level of land intensive use in the main area of the development zone is increasing year by year,and the level of land intensive use in the development direction area is slightly fluctuated due to changes in economic indicators.(2)In 2009-2018,the most obvious land change of the main area is residential land,with an average annual rate of change of 49.42%.The increase in land in the region is greater than the reduction.The land change rate of the commercial land is second,and the annual average change rate is 17.96%.The land change is mainly due to the large amount of land transfer,while the base area of the commercial land in the development zone is small,so the land change rate is relatively large.The total area of publicly-owned land has not changed much,but the amount of land transfer is relatively large,mainly because the type and distribution of public land in the main area of the development zone are adjusted more,so the land change rate is also higher to 6.54%.The rate of change in industrial and mining storage land is the lowest,at 2.86%,mainly due to the the increase in land in the region is greater than the reduction during this period,and the land change direction is relatively single.In addition,due to the domination of industrial land in the development zone during the evaluation period,the base area of the land used is relatively large,and the average annual rate of change of industrial and mining storage land is relatively small.In the year of 2014-2017,the land used for development in the development direction was the most variable,with a change rate of 74.26%,followed by residential land,the land change rate was 42.55%,and the land change rate of industrial and mining storage land was 13.87%,and the land change rate of public service land.At 7.65%,the speed of change in transportation land is the smallest,at 0.16%.Among them,the land use types with large transfer amount are residential land and industrial and mining storage land,which are 174.34 hectares and 173.86 hectares respectively,followed by public service land,with a transfer amount of 60.32 hectares,and no transfer amount.All kinds of land transfer volume are larger than the transfer amount,indicating that the development direction area has more land newly built during the development process in recent years.(3)The transformation and adjustment of land use types in the development zone will improve the land use structure of the development zone in a more reasonable direction,especially the increase in the area of residential land,commercial land and public land,which is the performance of the population gathering and providing a suitable environment for living and working in the development zone.The reduction of the industrial land area and the improvement of the land use intensity of industrial land are the performance of industrial clusters and industrial land in the development zone.(4)When the land adjustment in the development zone is moving in the right direction,the more severe the change in land dynamics,the greater the increase in the level of land intensive use.(5)Through the calculation of land use status and spatial change in the development zone,it is known that the development of the main area of the development zone has gradually matured,and the land use structure continues to adjust towards the integration of the production city.The development direction area is still in the primary development stage,and the newly built land is still more and land use structure adjustment is not obvious.
