Along with the rapid development of society, China has became the world's factory, a large number of textile clothing enterprise absorbs a large group of migrant workers, Cenozoic migrant workers has become a new subject of traditional industry employees. From the outbreak of "shortage", enterprise workers team is stable; they can start working at all costs. If with high mobility, enterprises will be hold up everywhere. From the angle of management investigative motivator of cenozoic migrant workers for textile clothing has certain theoretical meaning and social significance.Regardless of the domestic or foreign, investigations of cenozoic migrant workers at the bottom of society are few. Therefore, this paper explores cenozoic migrant workers as the research object, analyze and summarize their individual characteristics, the group characteristics and so on. Use of literatures, from abroad and domestic studies shows some motivator. Use of the questionnaire, literature and analysis of behavior characteristic, from analysis sorts out cenozoic migrant workers incentive factors. Then analyze collected data by descriptive analysis and factor analysis and correlation analysis and regression analysis and variance analysis.Through the analysis of data obtained motivator of cenozoic migrant workers for textile clothing is a multi-dimension structure, can be attributed to the basic life safeguard factors, the enterprise humanistic environment factors, self-fulfillment and development factors, tasks and value factors and special incentive factors, they think better of enterprise humanistic environment factors and the basic life safeguard factor. Through sequence of the motivators, obtains the most needed motivator, and further to discusses the need of their judgment on motivators and the differences between satisfactions of each motivator. Experience of each factor and motivator and overall feeling inspired are positively correlated. Motivation in different age, education level, marital status and the average monthly salary is significantly difference, as well in actual experience of several kinds of motivations.According to the research results revised motivator theory mode of cenozoic migrant workers incentive factors, and propose measures and advises for structuring incentive mechanism of cenozoic migrant workers in textile clothing industry by basic life safeguard factor, the enterprise humanistic environment factors, self-fulfillment and development factors, tasks and value factors,special incentive factors and so on.
