We live in a age of technological and inventive explosion. No matter in the production workshop or office room, innovative products and notions are increased at a shockingly high speed, which largely rely on the recreation and construction of knowledge. In a organization, the labor division bring division and independence of knowledge. To perform the function as a whole, the company should coordinate the labor of different function and different structure, and organize the knowledge of different context. This paper divide knowledge organizing into two parts, knowledge division and knowledge coordination. we describe the distribution and spreading of knowledge to reveal the principle and meaning of knowledge organizing. Group decision are prevalent in modern corporation, which is also a good example of knowledge organizing. In the context of group decision, we redefine the process of knowledge organizing into two parts,cognitive demand and interaction, further analyze their influences on group decision. Besides, we discuss how psychological empowerment as task related cognition take effect on knowledge organizing and then change the result of organization performance.After reviewing the literature, we construct the conceptual model and hypothesis through theoretical reasoning and example analysis.we analyze the variable relation among psychological, knowledge organizing and group decision performance by acquiring data and employing software SPSS. We get some conclusion and based on that. The result suggests the four dimensions of psychological empowerment include meaning, self-efficacy, influence have significant influence on knowledge organizing. plus, the two aspects of knowledge organizing, like cognitive demand, knowledge interaction as well positively affect group-decision performance. Also, we prove the four variables of psychological empowerment have remarkable effect on group-decision performance. In general, the aftermath go well with the hypothesis and explanation we made ahead, which reasonably enlighten the relationship between psychological empowerment and group-decision by applying knowledge theory. this paper gave valuable suggestions on promoting the knowledge transfer from individuals to organization and made prospect for the future research.
