With the increasingly intense competitive business environment, the enterprises are not enough to obtain lasting competitiveness in change by relying on only the leaders’ wisdom and the ideas, but also need the employees to provide suggestion for an organization. Many employees conceal their views for the risk of voice behaviors. The organization can not get information feedback and find and solve problems in time so that will ultimately affect the effectiveness of the organization. Especially for knowledge workers, on the one hand, the nature of work requires them to our subjective initiative to cope with the challenges in the work; on the other hand, the knowledge staffs with the high comprehensive quality hope to meet the demands of a sense of achievement by advice and get colleagues and leadership of appreciation and recognition. If the organizations lack recommendations they may feel depressed, and even depravation. Therefore, that how to effectively motivate knowledge workers’ voice behavior is a great significance to enterprise and management practice. Leadership is the key factors affecting employees working attitudes or behaviors, and also has important influence on employees’ voice behavior. By analyzing the previous research, this study foundeds the theoretical model of the humble leadership, voice behavior and psychological empowerment. The respondents are knowledge employees. Combining the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, we investigate the relationship systematically. Main conclusions:(1) Demographic variables have impact on voice behaviors and psychological empowerment. Among them, voice behavior has difference in gender, education background and position level, while there is no significant difference in age, service year; Psychological empowerment has difference in gender, age, education background and position level, while there is no significant difference in service year.(2) The humble leadership have significant positive influence on voice behaviors and psychological empowerment, the psychological empowerment have significant positive influence on voice behaviors.(3) The psychological empowerment mediated fully in the relationship between the humble leadership and voice behaviors. Finally we analysis our research conclusion, and puts forward suggestions on management. Furthermore, we summarize the limitations of this article and present the future research direction.
