With the rapid development of the economy,only by constantly maintaining innovation can enterprises be eliminated and the country will continue to maintain its competitive edge.However,the innovation of enterprises is dependent on the innovation of knowledge workers.Therefore,how to effectively inspire employees’creativity is the focus of current research.The theory of regulatory focus is the front-end theory of motivation theory.However,through the review of the existing literature,it is found that the related research is limited,and the main insufficiency is that the specific role of employee promotion oriented adjustment and orientation has not been revealed.Therefore,psychological authorization is introduced as an intermediary variable to study the path to stimulate or inhibit employee creativity and reveal its mechanism of action.The innovation points of this paper are as follows:the innovation of the research angle of view.Using regulating focus as an independent variable,we explore the mechanism of regulating orientation on creativity.innovation of research variables.Psychological empowerment is used to reveal the path and mechanism of regulating focus on creativity.First,combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizing and sorting out the related research of three variables,and then putting forward the research hypothesis of this paper,using the mature questionnaire at home and abroad to form the questionnaire,the object of the investigation is focused on the knowledge workers.Finally,statistical analysis is carried out and the following conclusions are drawn:1,promoted adjustment and orientation have significant positive impact on creativity of knowledge workers,and preventive adjustment orientation has a significant negative impact on creativity of knowledge workers.2,promoted adjustment and orientation have a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment,and the self-efficacy and autonomy dimension of preventive regulation and orientation have a significant negative influence on psychological empowerment.3.Psychological empowerment has a significant positive impact on the creativity of knowledge workers.4.Psychological empowerment self-efficacy and autonomy dimensions play an intermediary role in regulating the creativity of knowledge workers.
