Study On The Management Situation And Countermeasure Of The Government Investment Project Of Taizhou

Government investment projects take account for a large proportion in total social investment in China. They are related to national economy and the people’s livelihood, and become the focus of public attention now. The management of government investment project changes from planned economy system to market economy system. The traditional management mode has increasingly exposed more and more problems, and can not adapt to the requirements of the development of the socialist market system. However, researches on the management of government investment project have always been a weakness during the study of our country finance. Therefore, the management of the government investment projects is selected as the theme in this paper, which has great theoretical significance and practical value undoubtedly.On the basis of relevant data and collections, this paper studied and analysed the current situation and characteristics of the government investment projects. The problems of Taizhou government investment project management have been pointed out, and the reasons of the existing problems have been analysed in detail. Then based on the above analysis, the concept of the government investment project and project management was clarified. The perfect countermeasures of Taizhou government investment project management were put forward, which included attaching importance to the management model research, establishing management system and operation system, establishing fair and excellent market participation system, and setting up the complete surveillance and management system. Finally, throught a case analysis, it was elaborated how to apply the perfect countermeasures of project management above mentioned such as project management model innovation, the prophase decision-making mechanism establishment, the management of bidding specification and the development of a detailed contract treaty and so on to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and its economic and social profits.
