Problems And Countermeasures Of Project Cost Management In Local Government Investment Projects

In recent years,government investment projects play an important role in promoting China's economic development with the rapid development of China's economy.The amount of financial funds used for the construction of government-invested projects is increasing every year.The government has been strengthening the research on the management of investment projects,but has not formulated effective methods and policies.Many problems have become a stubborn disease in the management of government-invested projects,such as waste of resources caused by poor supervision and top-level decision-making.The policy did not take into account the fact that the actual project resulted in the repeated construction of the project,resulting in an increase in the overall capital investment.Therefore,China has a long way to go in the management of government investment projects,and still needs to speed up the pace of substantive breakthroughs.Based on the current situation of a municipal government investment projects,this paper puts forward and analyzes the problems existing in the project management of government investment projects.On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical exploration,it puts forward some feasible suggestions and countermeasures.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature and on-the-spot investigation,the relevant information about government investment projects and a municipal government investment projects at home and abroad is integrated and classified.At the same time,through researching and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of government investment project management,and drawing lessons from the advanced management mode and management experience of developed countries,this paper puts forward some effective operation modes for the development and investment construction of A city.The first chapter of this article is the introduction part,mainly elaborates the background,significance and research status at home and abroad,and makes a certain analysis;the second chapter outlines the basic theory of government investment projects,and analyzes the operation mode of government investment project management;the third chapter takes A city government investment project management as firstly,the paper introduces the basic situation of the investment projects of A city government in detail,and analyzes and exemplifies the problems existing in the decision-making and implementation stages of the investment projects respectively.Finally,it analyzes the problems existing in the government investment projects through the factor analysis.Put forward the government investment project management measures and countermeasures,at the same time,management mode innovation,management system and operation system and supervision and management system of the establishment of a brief exposition;Chapter V summarizes this article,and government investment project management prospects.
