In knowledge economy age, knowledge plays an increasingly important role andthe knowledge management becomes the main trend of organization and administrationas well. In the organization for knowledge management, the effectiveness of knowledgemanagementdepends on knowledge sharing. As a result, research on knowledge sharinghas become more and more significant. However, barriers to knowledge sharing greatlyimpede the effective flow of knowledge within the organization, which has a seriousinfluence on the process of knowledge sharing.This paper briefly describes the theory of knowledge sharing. First, the paperanalyzes the organization’s internal knowledge-sharing barriers. knowledge-sharingbarriers within the organization are in three dimensions: personalknowledge-transferringbarriers, in-team knowledge-sharing barriers, enterprisecompletely knowledge-sharing barriers. With the knowledge-sharing utility model, thefundamental reasons of knowledge-sharing barriers are studied. That is thebalance-point of the proceeds and the lost in the knowledge-sharing processing. Thenthe impact of the barriers of enterprise knowledge-sharing is discussed.Second, the essence and structure of organization is studied.“Attitudes andability”,” skills and ability”,” cognitive and perceptual” make up deep learning cycleand “guiding ideology”,” tools and methods”,” infrastructure innovation” consist thetriangle foundation structure. Analyze the relationship of the deep learning cycle and thetriangle foundation structure and the overall concept of learning organization. Discusesthe specific work to construct the learning organization and three general guidelines.And then, how to relieve and eliminate obstacles in personal knowledgetransformation, team knowledge sharing and enterprise knowledge sharing byestablishing a learning organization is discussed.At last, with W company as an example, Knowledge sharing model and knowledgesharing barriers in companies is studied. Combine theory with practice, analyzes themethod and results of building up a learning organization. The feasibility and validity ofrelieving and eliminating obstacles in knowledge sharing by establishing a learning organization are demonstrated.
