The background of industry every enterprise stays is different, also the groupstage of development is different.It means that for enterprise is concerned, theorganization learning has no a waking model. This paper claims that, the organizationlearning capability is the sum of knowledge acquisition, sharing and creating capability,and it can reflect the operation strategy message of enterprise in the process oforganizational learning. This paper chooses the organization learning ability as theresearch object, based on dynamic system perspective to study the conflict of forceresources between organization learning elements, using survey data to do importanceanalysis and satisfaction comparison on the organization learning capability elements,and points out the main problems enterprises are facing to in the development processof the organization learning capability and the corresponding countermeasures.Through the derivation of the knowledge system model, we can know that thetraining to employees, the construction of enterprise culture and enhancing the freeflow of employees is good for improving the organization learning capability ofenterprises.And the study divises organization learning capability into knowledgeacquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge creation capacities in three dimensions,developed survey questionnaires, and issued them to the businesses of Xiangtan,Changsha, Yueyang, or other places of Hunan province. Based on survey data in theseareas we researched and analysis. Eventually we received 130 copies of effectivequestionnaire. Investigation results displays the construction of open learning culturein the construction process of organization learning capability is the most important,the requirement of team learning is that organization members should be closed forcooperation and information sharing, and many enterprises are not good at using thesystems like pay, performance to upgrade organization learning capability.So based onthe survey results,this study gives the countermeasures of improving organizationlearning capability: create open learning culture, recreate leadership style, payattention to the construction of knowledge sharing learning platform, perfect theenterprise socialization service system and building scientific organization learningmanagement system.
