Based On The Zigbee Intelligent Warehouse System Design And Implementation

With the global development of information technology, especially the Internet emerges and become increasingly popular, it has been applied in all area of economy society, which has taken our into the information age. A wide permeability and unparalleled advantage of Information technology make itself easily to combinate with traditional industries, and it can develop the worldwide industries and gain more new economic efficiency. Traditional warehouses management relys on a non-automated system or paper to record the information of goods and track the movement of goods storing in warehouses, such as material’s import and export. In the other word, the internal warehouse management is impelemented almost by hand, therefore the efficiency the the management is extremely low.ZigBee wireless technology is a new emerging technology, which is ideal for a wide range of use as its low power consumption and low prices instead of its low transmission speed and short distance. Once a ZigBee wireless network has been built, it only need a small amount of worker to work and replace the batteries of equipments exists in network regularly in order to keep these equipments working. Hence, we introduce ZigBee wireless RF technology into intelligent warehouse management system, on one hand it can enhance the accuracy and efficient warehouse operations, on the other hand it can minimize storage costs and reduce losses which are often coused by several illegal operations, such as goods’illegal export and import, misplaced, stolen and inventory, shipping errors and so on. Otherwise, ZigBee-based warehouse system could improve the efficiency of warehouse management and the competiveness of enterprises as well as the security of cargoes.In this paper, we study deeply ZigBee technology and designed ZigBee-based intelligence warehouse system. ZigBee wireless network is built up to manage the exisiting goods in the warehouse, it can find the target goods as quickly as possible and control the goods entering and leaving. And the goods store in different areas in the warehouse can be real-time monitored by different sensors, if sensors exist in ZigBee network sense abnormal imformation, it will responsed timely to the host computer to inform staff to deal with the problem.
